Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,587 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB31-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPOCD1, MEIS3, and COL12A1. Each is linked with RAB31 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB31-to-partner and partner-to-RAB31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB31 versus SPOCD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
