Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,727 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly. Each is linked with RAB31 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB31-to-partner and partner-to-RAB31 results are reported.
