RAB2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,155 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF3, VCPIP1, and BPNT2. Each is linked with RAB2A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB2A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB2A versus YTHDF3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
