Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,083 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V2, YTHDF3, and LYPLA1. Each is linked with RAB2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB2A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB2A versus UBE2V2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
