RAB2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, ACVRL1, and Mre11. Each is linked with RAB2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB2A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by RAB2A-low versus RAB2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
