RAB29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,323 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPNT1, TUBB6, and RAI1. Each is linked with RAB29 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB29-to-partner and partner-to-RAB29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB29 versus BPNT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB29→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
