RAB29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB29-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT8P50, TP53TG3, and OR2AD1P. Each is linked with RAB29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB29-to-partner and partner-to-RAB29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT8P50 grouped by RAB29-low versus RAB29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB29→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
