Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,406 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Melanosome organization, Pigment granule organization, and Protein localization to ciliary membrane. Each is linked with RAB29 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB29-to-partner and partner-to-RAB29 results are reported.
