Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB27B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,513 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB27B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHODH, SETD6, and FTSJ3. Each is linked with RAB27B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB27B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB27B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHODH grouped by RAB27B-low versus RAB27B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB27B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB27B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
