Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB27B RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAB27B data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RAB27B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB27B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and LGG show a favorable association.

LUAD, KIRP, and PAAD are the cancer types where RAB27B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
