The most reproducible RAB27B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of muscle system process, Regulation of protein localization to cell periphery, and Maintenance of protein location in cell. Each is linked with RAB27B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB27B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB27B results are reported.
