Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB27A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,188 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB27A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTAFR, CEACAM3, and PELATON. Each is linked with RAB27A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB27A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB27A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB27A versus PTAFR in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB27A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB27A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
