RAB1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,517 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GFPT1, STAMBP, and DYNC1LI2_S194. Each is linked with RAB1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB1A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB1A versus GFPT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
