RAB14

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,450 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC44A1, LRRC8A, and AGPAT2. Each is linked with RAB14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB14-to-partner and partner-to-RAB14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB14 versus SLC44A1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
