Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,901 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNA5SP411, and KRT18P45. Each is linked with RAB14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB14-to-partner and partner-to-RAB14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by RAB14-low versus RAB14-high in UCEC.
