RAB11B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB11B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,838 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB11B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with RAB11B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB11B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB11B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB11B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB11B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 3,838 associations by consensus.
