Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB11B RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAB11B data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RAB11B RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB11B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SCLC show a favorable association.

HNSC, ACC, and SCLC are the cancer types where RAB11B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
