RAB10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAD, EIF2AK2, and CIAPIN1. Each is linked with RAB10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB10-to-partner and partner-to-RAB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB10 versus CAD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
