Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,324 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNE3, CHRDL1, and PTGIS. Each is linked with RAB10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB10-to-partner and partner-to-RAB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB10 versus SYNE3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
