R3HDML

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HDML mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 331 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible R3HDML-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP9, UGT2B10, and APONP. Each is linked with R3HDML in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDML-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDML results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPP9 grouped by R3HDML-low versus R3HDML-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HDML→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HDML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
