Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, R3HDML RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated R3HDML data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher R3HDML RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated R3HDML expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and COAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, LUSC, and UCS are the cancer types where R3HDML RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
