R3HCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 954 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible R3HCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS53, BAG3, and AP1S3. Each is linked with R3HCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HCC1-to-partner and partner-to-R3HCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS53 grouped by R3HCC1-low versus R3HCC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
