QSOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QSOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,024 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QSOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNM1P28, BAK1P2, and RPL21P10. Each is linked with QSOX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSOX1-to-partner and partner-to-QSOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNM1P28 grouped by QSOX1-low versus QSOX1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QSOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QSOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
