QSOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, QSOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QSOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNMA3, OR6B3, and P2RY13. Each is linked with QSOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSOX1-to-partner and partner-to-QSOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNMA3 grouped by QSOX1-low versus QSOX1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QSOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QSOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
