Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QDPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,500 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QDPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK38, CTBP1, and HTT. Each is linked with QDPR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QDPR-to-partner and partner-to-QDPR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QDPR versus STK38 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QDPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→QDPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
