Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, QDPR RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated QDPR data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher QDPR RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated QDPR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and KIRC show a favorable association.

KIRP, UVM, and KIRC are the cancer types where QDPR RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
