Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QDPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QDPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRX8P, RARRES2P9, and MTND3P7. Each is linked with QDPR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QDPR-to-partner and partner-to-QDPR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRX8P grouped by QDPR-low versus QDPR-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QDPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→QDPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
