PYGB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYGB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,059 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYGB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCL2L1, TRMT6, and ICAM2. Each is linked with PYGB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYGB-to-partner and partner-to-PYGB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYGB versus BCL2L1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYGB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYGB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
