Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYGB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,774 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFI1, DHRS13, and FDFT1. Each is linked with PYGB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYGB-to-partner and partner-to-PYGB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFI1 grouped by PYGB-low versus PYGB-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYGB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYGB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
