PYCR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,585 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR12, C8orf33, and SCRIB. Each is linked with PYCR3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR3-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCR3 versus WDR12 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
