Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP205, RPEP5, and MIR5591. Each is linked with PYCR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR3-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR3 results are reported.
