Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCARD-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,895 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYCARD-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of antigen processing and presentation of peptide or polysaccharide antigen via MHC class II, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 type immune response, and Positive regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with PYCARD-AS1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCARD-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PYCARD-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of antigen processing and presentation of peptide or polysaccharide antigen via MHC class II grouped by PYCARD-AS1-low versus PYCARD-AS1-high in GBM.
