PXN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,079 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are APAF1, UBE3B, and TRAPPC10. Each is linked with PXN in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXN-to-partner and partner-to-PXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXN versus APAF1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
