PXN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,442 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PXN_S322, VPS37B, and MAP7D1_S460. Each is linked with PXN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXN-to-partner and partner-to-PXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXN versus PXN_S322 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
