PXN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,237 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADM, ZDHHC7, and L3MBTL4. Each is linked with PXN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXN-to-partner and partner-to-PXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADM grouped by PXN-low versus PXN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
