PXMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RNU7-95P, and RCC2P5. Each is linked with PXMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXMP2-to-partner and partner-to-PXMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by PXMP2-low versus PXMP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
