PXDNL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDNL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,088 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDNL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANGPT2, HIP1, and SPARC. Each is linked with PXDNL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDNL-to-partner and partner-to-PXDNL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXDNL versus ANGPT2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
