Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDNL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,957 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PXDNL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAC3, AUNIP, and NUSAP1. Each is linked with PXDNL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDNL-to-partner and partner-to-PXDNL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAC3 grouped by PXDNL-low versus PXDNL-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
