PXDNL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDNL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDNL-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-E2, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with PXDNL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDNL-to-partner and partner-to-PXDNL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PXDNL-low versus PXDNL-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
