Across TCGA cell cohorts, PXDNL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,069 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDNL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, Response to aldosterone, and Establishment of protein localization to plasma membrane. Each is linked with PXDNL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDNL-to-partner and partner-to-PXDNL results are reported.
