PXDNL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PXDNL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,065 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDNL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPV, GLB1L3, and TTC33. Each is linked with PXDNL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDNL-to-partner and partner-to-PXDNL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPV grouped by PXDNL-low versus PXDNL-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
