PWWP2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PWWP2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,921 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PWWP2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RUFY1, GEMIN5, and LMNB1. Each is linked with PWWP2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWWP2A-to-partner and partner-to-PWWP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PWWP2A versus RUFY1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PWWP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PWWP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
