PWWP2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PWWP2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,763 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PWWP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED7, NUDCD2, and MLEC. Each is linked with PWWP2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWWP2A-to-partner and partner-to-PWWP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PWWP2A versus MED7 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PWWP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PWWP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
