Across TCGA patient cohorts, PVR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,254 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PVR-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2, SEC61G, and CHRDL1. Each is linked with PVR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PVR-to-partner and partner-to-PVR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PVR versus BCL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
