Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PVR protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,875 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PVR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD1, TOMM40, and PLOD2. Each is linked with PVR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PVR-to-partner and partner-to-PVR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PVR versus PLOD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PVR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PVR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
