PVR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PVR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,068 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PVR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP15, RNU6-1318P, and H4P1. Each is linked with PVR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PVR-to-partner and partner-to-PVR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP15 grouped by PVR-low versus PVR-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PVR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PVR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
