PVR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PVR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,831 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PVR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of natural killer cell mediated immune response to tumor cell, Positive regulation of natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity directed against tumor cell target, and Susceptibility to natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity. Each is linked with PVR in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PVR-to-partner and partner-to-PVR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of natural killer cell mediated immune response to tumor cell grouped by PVR-low versus PVR-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PVR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PVR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 5,831 associations by consensus.
