Across TCGA cell cohorts, PVR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PVR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRY, OR10T2, and OR10R2. Each is linked with PVR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PVR-to-partner and partner-to-PVR results are reported.
