PUS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,278 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM76B, CUL5, and RNF214. Each is linked with PUS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS3-to-partner and partner-to-PUS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUS3 versus FAM76B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
