PTPRU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRU RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,050 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRU-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRU_S853, RAI14, and CAPS. Each is linked with PTPRU in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRU-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRU versus PTPRU_S853 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRU→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
